Tater Tot Casserole

Growing up my mom would always make this for my brother and I and it has now become a favorite with my family. I thought I'd share this easy and yummy recipe with you.

{Tator Tot Casserole}

* 1 lb hamburger
* 1/2 c. onion
* 1 can cream of mushroom soup
* 2 cup cheddar cheese
* 4 oz sour cream
* Tator Tots

{Directions}
1. Cook hamburger and onion in a pan together.
2. Mix together cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, and sour cream in a bowl.
3. After the meat and onions are cooked drain and add to soup/ cheese mixture.
4. After everything is mixed well, place in a greased 9x13 pan and top with tator tots.
5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
6. Enjoy!

  3. I don't use sour cream or onion. I also add taco seasoning. I sometimes make mine with cheese soup. I also just dump an entire bag on top instead of placing them in rows. However you make it, it is still a great meal. It is usually my go to if I don't know what to make for dinner.
