It's been BUSY

It's been a while since I've blogged and I keep telling myself I need to post more often. It's been crazy busy around here and I've been awaiting the arrival of a new charger for my laptop since it decided to crap out. It's so much easier to use my laptop then trek up to the desk top computer. The other reason for the craziness around here is preparing my classroom for the upcoming school year. It's crazy how much stuff a teacher can accumulate and need for a classroom. I keep telling myself that I wonder what it's going to be like after I've been teaching for 30 years when I already have this much stuff. I've still got a couple of weeks left of summer but am thankful that Chris was able to come help me on his vacation. There has been a lot of furniture to move and things to hang. Being preggers has not made that part easy for me. Thank goodness for a loving husband! With the busyness of preparing my classroom we've also been preparing for the nursery. We've finally cleared everything out of the room which use to be our office and now have a blank slate before us. I'm super excited that Monday we finally get to find out what are little peanut will be and can then continue setting up the nursery. Sunday is going to feel like Christmas Eve as we are filled with anticipation and excitement for the next day. Two more days and we will finally know! So, with classroom preparation and clearing out for a nursery it doesn't leave much time for other things. I get home and want to take a nap because of being so tired and after napping you just want to relax. I do promise though that more postings will be happening and I can't wait to show pictures of our baby, the nursery, and this years setup for my classroom. Stay tuned!

  1. I'm so excited for you! Monday can't come soon enough :)
I know what you mean about wanting to nap after work. This entire week I've been napping when I come home. I've been working 6am-4pm and it's been taking a toll on me. I hate napping because I can never go to bed later on at night but I just can't help it!
So, I've been meaning to ask. I recall you blogging about pregnancy cravings but have you been turned off by any types of foods lately? I hear some women do not like certain smells, or they end up not liking a certain food any more. I find it all interesting and wanted to ask :)
