Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake

Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake has always been a yummy tradition for Thanksgiving in our family. I thought I'd share how to make this delicious cheesecake to add to your Thanksgiving spread. The recipe makes two cheesecakes.

{Ingredients}
2 ready made chocolate crusts (I used Oreo)
2 8oz packages of cream cheese (soft)
2/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 15oz can of solid-pack pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 bag of chocolate chips

{Directions}
Melt bag of chocolate chips.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
Beat in eggs on low until combined.
Stir in pumpkin, salt, and pumpkin spice.
Pour some chocolate into the bottom of each crust and spread up the sides. Leave some chocolate to add to the cream cheese mixture.

Pour cream cheese mixture into each crust. You might have a little left over.
Pour the remaining chocolate on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Swirl the chocolate into the cream cheese mixture.

Lastly, place in the oven at 350 and bake for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set.
Cool on rack and then refrigerate overnight.

I hope you enjoy this yummy Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake.
